You need to define a position (job) and a personal profile (characteristics) for that position. Then, you need to create a questionnaire to ask candidates for the position to verify whether they fulfill the requirements for the position. Job Skills As a class, verify your questionnaire is correct. Get together with another group and apply the questionnaire to its members. Decide who has the best profile for the position and argue why.
